2) Provider information
Provider: Ulys Quest
Address: Malta
Contact: [email protected]
3) Scope of Service
- VOLTA is software that can help users automate certain blockchain transactions (e.g., wallet generation, distribution, trading cycles, emergency exit, creator rewards workflows as described in the user manual).
- VOLTA does not custody your funds. You control your wallets and you authorize transactions.
- VOLTA is provided free of charge and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
4) No advice
- VOLTA does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
- Any content, examples, presets, defaults, or documentation are for informational purposes only.
5) User responsibilities (Trader / Creator)
Security & keys
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding private keys, seed phrases, Telegram access, devices, and authentication.
- If you import a private key (e.g., for Creator Rewards), you do so at your own risk.
- Never share private keys or seed phrases. If you do, you may lose all funds permanently.
Configuration & monitoring
- You are responsible for verifying token addresses/mints, settings, slippage, wallet counts, cycle times, and any parameters before starting.
- You must monitor the bot’s behavior, market conditions, and network conditions. Automation can amplify losses quickly.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds for network fees and for the consequences of failed/partial transactions.
6) Prohibited use
- Using VOLTA for unlawful activities, market manipulation, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party terms (including platform/DEX rules) is prohibited.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
- You must not use VOLTA in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates sanctions / AML / CTF obligations that apply to you.
7) Availability, support, and changes
- The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. There is no guarantee of uptime, latency, execution speed, or transaction success.
- No obligation to support: because VOLTA is free, the Provider has no obligation to provide customer support, maintenance, updates, or continued availability.
- The Provider may change features, presets, and behavior at any time, including introducing or removing functionality and may introduce a fee to cover expenses.
(Note: The user manual also highlights that service may be interrupted and users remain responsible for their decisions.) :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
8) Fees, third-party costs, and protocol risks
- Blockchain transactions involve network fees, priority fees, MEV, slippage, price impact, and failures. These costs and outcomes are your responsibility.
- VOLTA interacts with third-party networks and services (blockchain nodes/RPCs, DEX routing, explorers, Telegram). The Provider is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, bans, or failures.
- Tokens may be scams, rug pulls, honeypots, or have malicious mechanics. VOLTA cannot guarantee detection or prevention of losses.
9) Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider disclaims all warranties and representations, express or implied, including (without limitation) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10) Limitation of liability (EU-compliant)
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, these Terms do not attempt to exclude or limit liability for: fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence, or for death/personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusions are prohibited. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Provider is not liable for any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from or related to use of VOLTA.
- The Provider is not liable for losses caused by: your configuration choices; token selection; market volatility; slippage/MEV; network congestion; failed transactions; third-party service failures; compromised Telegram/device/accounts; or leaked private keys.
- If any liability is found despite the above, the Provider’s total aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period shall not exceed EUR 50 (or, if higher, the total amount you paid the Provider for the Service in that period — which is expected to be EUR 0).
EU consumer protection rules may restrict unfair or non-transparent terms, and mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}
11) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Provider from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of VOLTA; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of law; or (d) your infringement of third-party rights.
12) Consumer rights (important)
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you may have statutory rights that cannot be excluded or restricted by contract, including rights relating to digital content/digital services and unfair terms. Nothing in these Terms affects those mandatory rights. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}
13) Compliance and legality
- You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of VOLTA is legal in your jurisdiction and for complying with applicable regulations (including tax, AML/CTF, and consumer laws where relevant).
- VOLTA is an “information society service” / software service and may be subject to EU digital services rules for certain aspects, but this does not create a duty to monitor your activity or guarantee outcomes. :contentReference[oaicite:5]{index=5}
14) Intellectual property
- VOLTA and its software, branding, text, and documentation are owned by the Provider (or its licensors) and are protected by IP laws.
- You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use VOLTA for your personal/business use, subject to these Terms.
15) Privacy
The Provider may process personal data (e.g., Telegram identifiers) to operate the Service. Any processing of personal data must comply with applicable data protection law (including GDPR). :contentReference[oaicite:6]{index=6}
Privacy Policy: https://volta.quest/privacy.html
16) Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
- The Provider may suspend or terminate access at any time (e.g., abuse, security risk, legal reasons, or discontinuation).
17) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence. The courts of Malta shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers. :contentReference[oaicite:7]{index=7}
18) Changes to these Terms
The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of VOLTA after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
