Generation Without Disclosure: Local Image and Video Synthesis With No External Telemetry

A Memo on Why Private Visuals, Presentations and Property Concepts Should Not Pass Through an External Generator

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Image and video generators reveal what their users are about to build, buy or announce. This memo explains what an external generator learns from a prompt, how local generation on SARION Sovereign removes that exposure, and how the dual-node design behaves when one node is offline.

1. A Prompt Describes the Plan

A request to a text-to-image generator is a description of something the user intends to create. For a family office or an executive team, what is being created is often not public: a refurbished property, a yacht interior, a brand identity, a product concept, a presentation for an announcement that has not yet been made.

An external generator receives the description in full, along with any reference images the user supplies. Even a bland prompt reveals timing and direction. Ten prompts about a coastal villa in a particular style, written in the week before a purchase, say something to anyone who reads them.

2. What an External Generator Learns

  • The subject. What the user wants to see, in the user's own words.
  • The references. The images uploaded to guide the result, which may be photographs of real places, people or documents.
  • The pattern. What is generated, how often, and in what sequence.
  • The output. The generated image or video itself, which may be retained.

Terms of service govern what happens to this material, and those terms can change. The user has to trust a policy that sits outside their control.

3. Local Generation on SARION Sovereign

SARION Sovereign includes local text-to-image and text-to-video generation. It runs entirely on the client's premises, across the appliance's 384 GB ECC GPU memory, with no external cloud API and no third-party telemetry.

The prompt, the reference images and the finished output stay on the client's hardware. Nothing leaves to be learned from, stored or reused.

SPECIFICATIONWhy Generation Sits With Sovereign

Image and video synthesis is memory-hungry. SARION Sovereign has the memory to run it locally alongside the conversational and agentic stack, which is why generation is part of this tier and not of Confidant or Regent.

4. What Private Generation Is Used For

The uses are practical and mostly unglamorous.

  • Property and interior concepts, shown to a family or an architect before any contractor sees them.
  • Presentation visuals for board papers, investor materials and announcements, produced before the content is public.
  • Brand and product concepts at an early stage, when the idea is worth more unseen.
  • Personal and family material, where the subject is people the owner does not want in anyone's training data or logs.

In each case the value is the same. The owner can explore freely because the exploration is not recorded elsewhere.

5. How Generation Behaves in a Dual-Node Cluster

SARION Sovereign is a two-workstation cluster with two-way replication and automated failover. In normal operation, generation can draw on the whole 384 GB. When one node is offline for maintenance, the other continues serving from its own 192 GB.

Heavy tasks such as video generation are then throttled, while core agentic conversation remains fully active. Owners should expect video to take longer in that state and should plan long renders accordingly.

6. Questions to Ask of Any Generator

  • Where does the prompt go, and where is it stored?
  • Are reference images retained, and can they be used for training?
  • Who can see the generated output?
  • What changes if the provider changes its terms?
  • Can the system be used with no network connection at all?

A local system answers all five by construction. An external one answers them with a policy.

7. Practical Notes

Generated media still deserves care. Review it before it is shared, and keep the usual discipline over rights in any reference material used. A private generator removes one exposure, the disclosure of the plan. It does not remove the need for judgement about what is created.
