Distributor program
This is a relationship, not a reseller account. Partners succeed on the trust and access they already have, not on discounting.
Why this model exists
UHNWI clients, law firms, and family offices decide who they trust long before they decide which appliance to buy. A partner who already holds real relationships in their market is worth more to us than a wide sales network with none. That is the entire logic of this program.
What we look for
Existing, working relationships with law firms, family offices, wealth managers, or UHNWI clients in your market.
Every client is invoiced by Volta directly, at Volta's published price. Partners represent the offer; they do not set it.
Technical and security questions — encryption, air-gapping, data residency — are routed back to Volta directly, not answered second-hand.
This is a relationship business built one introduction at a time, not a volume play measured in monthly quotas.
Territory
Qualified partners are offered regional or country exclusivity. The program has no pre-set list of open territories — you propose the region or country you're positioned to represent, and we evaluate it together. Exclusivity is reviewed periodically and tied to consistent activity in the territory; the specifics are covered once we're in direct conversation.
How it works
Submit the application below and propose the territory you'd represent.
Alexandre Ouaknine reviews every application personally and responds directly — no intermediary, no automated screening.
Territory exclusivity and a partner agreement follow, setting out how the relationship works.
Volta invoices and collects from every client in your territory directly. You earn a commission on every closed sale.
Common questions
No. Partners never buy inventory, never hold stock, and never set pricing. Volta invoices and collects from the end client directly, at the published list price; partners represent the offer in their market and are compensated with a commission.
Commission structure isn't published — it's covered directly once a conversation starts with an applicant, the same way pricing negotiation for Volta Sovereign itself is handled in conversation, not on the site.
Any country or region not currently subject to comprehensive US or EU sanctions. The application form's country selector excludes those automatically, and applicants self-certify their eligibility as part of submitting it.
There's no pre-set list of open territories — an applicant proposes the region or country they're positioned to represent, and it's evaluated in direct conversation. Once granted, exclusivity is reviewed periodically and tied to consistent activity in the territory.
Apply
This is a vetting process, not a self-serve signup — review happens off-platform, and Alexandre Ouaknine responds to every applicant directly.
